Preparation
Cook the rice following the package instructions (usually place the rice with twice as much water in a saucepan with a lid on low heat for 15 minutes). Let the rice cool. And reserve.
In a bowl with lid place honey, lemon juice, mirin and oil and mix perfectly.
Cut the apple into medium cubes and place in the previous mix. Cover to prevent apples from turning black. Reservation.
Wash, disinfect and finely cut the leaves of parsley and reserve.
Cut the nuts into pieces and reserve.
In a large bowl place the rice and empty the lemon mixture (with which you marinated the apples) on it. Mix carefully.
