  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 1 on Knorr® MiArroz® Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 200 grams squid, clean cut into rings and the tentacles into pieces
  • 3 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 envelopes squid ink
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

Preparation

In a saucepan add the water, the Knorr® MiArroz® Seasoning and the squid ink. Boil and reserve.
In a pan with a little oil cook the garlic and squid.
Add the rice, sauté and add the previously reserved broth.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 20 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
