Ingredients

  • 100 grams Arroz Legumbres La Asturiana® *
  • 300 grams bean, white
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch chard
  • 1 glass olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, and salt

Preparation

We put the white beans the night before soaking with twice as much cold water as their volume. The next day we drain them and put them in a pot with the soaking water. We let them cook for half an hour, we drained them and changed the water.
Put the casserole, together with the beans covered with clean cold water, the green pepper and the onion chopped in brunoisse (small squares) and the finely chopped garlic cloves. Let cook until the beans are tender.
We prepare the chard, remove the leaves, clean them in the water jet and chop the leaves. The chard leaves are reserved to cook and coat them and accompany them as garnish for another dish.
Add the rice and chard leaves to the beans and cook until the rice is cooked for about 20 minutes.
Season with salt and a little paprika. We serve hot as a stew.
