Preparation
Slice the chicken very thin and mix with the soy sauce.
Beat the eggs and cook them in a hot pan with a little oil, chop and reserve.
Fry onion in 3 tablespoons of oil for 10 minutes, add the chicken and fry 2 minutes. Remove from heat and reserve hot.
In the same pan add oil and fry the other vegetables and when ready, remove from the fire.
Heat a large pan to put 2 tablespoons of oil, add the rice and stir a minute. Add the salt and the broth. Stir 2 more minutes.
Add the onion, chicken, egg and vegetables and mix carefully. Serve hot.
