Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 Cup of SOS® Long Rice
  • 2 cups of chicken soup
  • 2 poblano peppers
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander
  • 4 green tomatoes
  • 3 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • 1 onion girl, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • to taste of black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

    Preparation

    Chop the chilies, green tomatoes, onion and garlic.
    Blend cilantro, chilies, tomatoes and chicken broth.
    Heat a little oil and fry the onion and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add the rice and empty the poblana green sauce and cook until it boils.
    Reduce the temperature and let cook for 15 more minutes.
    Turn off the heat and fluff the rice with a fork.
    Serve and garnish with cream and cilantro.
