Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 on Knorr® MiArroz® Seasoning, Red
  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1/4 cups pea
  • 1 bell pepper

Preparation

Place 2 tablespoons butter and onion in a pan.
Add the rice and Knorr® MiArroz® Red Seasoning and cook for about 1 minute.
Pour the water.
Kitchen covered at medium level for 10 minutes.
Add the peas and cook for 3 more minutes.
Add the previously deveined pepper and split into small cubes.
Add the rest of the butter and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove to incorporate all the ingredients and let stand covered, for 2 minutes.
