Preparation
In a pot we make a sauce with onion, green pepper, carrot, tomato and garlic. All well cut.
We add water to the sauce and we can add ham bones to flavor it. We put it on the fire for 10 minutes.
When the broth takes consistency, add the lentils and leave it on the fire and then add the rice.
Put salt to taste.
We leave everything to simmer for 20 minutes and we already have our lentils with rice.
