Ingredients

4 portions
  • 250 grams pea "La Huerta”
  • 1 cup pre-cooked rice
  • 250 grams ground beef, beef
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • red bell peppers, chopped to taste
  • 1 egg
  • soy sauce, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Preparation

Prepare the pre-cooked rice following the package instructions.
Heat a pan with the olive oil and fry the meat until it is cooked. Add the "La Huerta" Peas and the red peppers. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a small pan with a little oil, beat the egg, pour into the pan and stir.
Mix the rice, meat, vegetables and the scrambled egg.
Season with soy sauce.

TIPS

You can add roasted chicken cubes or cooked shrimp to rice.
