Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of rice
  • 6 spoonfuls of peanut oil
  • 3 carrots finely chopped
  • 4 zucchini finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 300 grams of shrimp without head
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 ulna of vegetable bouillon
  • pinches of ground black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce

Preparation

Clean the rice and place in a strainer, rinse under the stream of cold water twice. Place in a bowl and soak in warm water for 5 minutes. Drain over a colander and pass to the Express® Pressure Cooker.
Place 1 1/2 cups of water and the rice prepared in the Express® Pressure Cooker. Close the Express® Pressure Cooker and add the pressure regulator, place it in the stove with a high flame for about 25 minutes or until constant steam comes out, lower the flame to medium and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the Express® Pressure Cooker from the heat, let cool, remove the pressure regulator, open the Express® Pressure Cooker, and that's it!
While the rice is ready, heat the oil in a large pot and fry the chef's suggestion. This recipe provides all the necessary nutrients, making it very healthy. You can substitute shrimp for any seafood, chicken or beef, in small pieces. Preparation carrot, zucchini, onion and shrimp, in that order. When they are half-fried, add the sugar, the vegetable seasoning and the pepper.
Add fried vegetables and soy sauce. Mix and rectify the seasoning.
Cover the pot and let stand for 5 minutes. Uncover and move to another container for air to enter and separate the grains of rice. Heat to serve.

TIPS

You can substitute shrimp for any seafood, chicken or beef, in small pieces.
