Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 stick butter, (90 g)
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth powder
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1/2 broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons yellow cheese, liquid
  • 1 can cream of mushroom, (girl)

Preparation

Put in a pan 1/2 stick of butter with 2 bay leaves to brown a little.
Empty a cup of rice and leave until golden brown.
Add 2 cups of chicken broth.
Put the pieces of broccoli in the pan, cover and cook until 3/4 of the rice is cooked without finishing the broth at that time add 2 tablespoons of the liquid yellow cheese and the mushroom cream stir. Cook for 5 minutes maximum.
