This rich rice with noodles is a very good option to accompany a dish of red meat, fish or chicken. Its flavor is perfect with whatever you want. It is a versatile and delicious dish; test it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups rice, raw
  • 1 cup Cola drink
  • 1 cup Water
  • 200 grams noodle pasta, angel hair
  • 100 grams raisin
  • 100 grams walnut
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • enough oil

Preparation

First chop the noodles and in a hot pan with a few drops of oil, brown them until they have a dark brown color. Remove the pan and place a pot with oil to brown the garlic, then add the water and cola.
Add the two cups of rice, the noodles, the raisins previously washed and the nuts cut.
Season with salt and pepper. When the rice already has consistency and has absorbed all the liquid removed from the fire.
Decorate with a little bit of nuts and raisins.

TIPS

It is good to accompany some red meat or fish.
