Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 cup whole-grain rice, previously cooked
  • sesame seeds
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 pinch curry powder
  • chicken breasts, previously cooked in strips
  • McCormick® Minced Garlic, or garlic paste
  • olive oils

Preparation

Put in a pan preferably two sticks of olive oil or the one you have. Add the garlic, the onion cut into julienne strips, then add two tablespoons of sesame seeds and leave to brown. Lastly the carrot sticks and the curry.
Sauté all the ingredients for 2 minutes over medium-low heat and add the brown rice. Rectify the salt and sauté for a minute more. Add the soy sauce, leave on fire for 1 minute more and serve immediately.
