Preparation
Cook the SOS rice for sushi, with the water over medium heat covered for 15 min. or until all the water is absorbed. Remove from heat, let stand 15 min. Covered.
Stretch the rice in a bowl that is not made of metal, it can be stainless steel, plastic or bamboo.
Empty the vinegar over the rice evenly. Mix with a wooden spoon. Just lift and flip the rice from the shore towards the center so that the rice grains do not get crushed.
Form balls the size of a lemon with your hands wet to avoid sticking.
Sprinkle with black sesame.
To prepare the cream, blend the ingredients but habanero pepper remove the seeds.
For the seed dressing, just mix the ingredients. Place the rice balls on the plates, place the grated radish on top and bathe with the two sauces.
