Preparation
In a pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then place the yellow rice to fry it for about 5 minutes, then add salt to taste and curry.
Let it cook over low heat until the rice is ready. Cool.
In a frying pan place two tablespoons of oil, add the red paprika and press all cut into squares.
Add the carrot, potato and peas.
Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes, when everything is ready, add the rice.
Mix perfectly and serve.
