Ingredients

7 portions
  • 250 grams shrimp, 40-51
  • 2 cups rice, yellow
  • 1/2 cups celery, chopped into cubes
  • 1 red pepper, chopped into cubes
  • 1/2 cups carrot, chopped into cubes
  • 1/2 cups pea
  • 1/2 cups potato, chopped into cubes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 pinches salt

Preparation

In a pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then place the yellow rice to fry it for about 5 minutes, then add salt to taste and curry.
Let it cook over low heat until the rice is ready. Cool.
In a frying pan place two tablespoons of oil, add the red paprika and press all cut into squares.
Add the carrot, potato and peas.
Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes, when everything is ready, add the rice.
Mix perfectly and serve.

TIPS

You can add a little soy sauce to the cooking of the vegetable to have more flavor.
