This recipe gives an unexpected twist to Mexican rice, as it adds some beans and the spicy flavor of morita pepper. Try it! You will love it and it will be a very good complement to your meal.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 on Knorr® mexican rice
  • 2 cups broad bean, peeled and washed
  • 1 dried morita chili, peeled and deveined, soaked in hot water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 1 3/4 cups Water

Preparation

Blend perfectly the morita pepper along with the water.
Pour the water with morita into a rice cooker together with the contents of the envelope of Knorr® Mexican Rice along with the oil. Mix and integrate everything well. Add the beans.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Once it boils, cover and lower the heat. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Serve hot.
