Preparation
Heat the oil and fry the rice until it browns a little together with the garlic and onion; Remove excess fat and reserve.
Add the boiling water, the parsley branch and the powdered consommé; Cover and cook on low heat for 25 min or until the liquid is absorbed.
Arrange half of the rice in a screw mold by pressing with a spoon; Spread the vegetables and cubes of cream cheese.
Add the rest of the rice and press with a spoon. Unmold and serve.
