Prepare these rich roasted corn on the comal accompanied by a delicious mayonnaise of broad chili and sprinkled with fresh cheese. A new version of classic cart elotes. You will love it!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoons Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise Best Foods®
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream, reduced in fat
  • 1/2 teaspoons ancho chili pepper, powdered
  • 6 corn
  • to taste fresh cheese, fallen apart

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the lemon juice with Knorr® Swiss chicken broth. Heat in the microwave for 10 seconds and mix.
In a bowl, mix the lemon peel, with the cilantro, Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, the sour cream, the chili and lemon mixture and Knorr® Swiss chicken broth.
Spread the corn with a little of the above mixture and broil over low heat for 10 minutes or until cooked.
Spread a little more mayonnaise and sprinkle fresh cheese. It serves.

PRESENTATION

Serve with fresh crumbled cheese.

TIPS

Broil over low heat, so that you give the corn plenty of time to cook without getting burned.
