Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick sections.
Cover the pan with baking sheets with anti-stick paper.
Arrange the potatoes in the tray.
Spread oil and bake for 20 minutes.
NOTE: Turn the potatoes from time to time so they cook evenly.
