Preparation
Preheat the grill, or a grill pan at medium heat.
Cut the edges of the zucchini and varnish the zucchini slices with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put on the grill about 4 minutes per side until smooth.
In a bowl put the goat cheese, parsley, lemon and mix with a fork.
Put 1/2 teaspoon of the cheese mixture about 2 cm from the edge of the zucchini slice. Put spinach leaves and a leaf of basil girl on top.
Roll up and put the edge down on the plates.
Repeat the same step with the other zucchini slices.
