Preparation
In a wok heat two tablespoons of oil, sauté the broccoli, and let it brown lightly, season with salt and pepper, remove and reserve.
Add more oil if necessary and sauté the cauliflower, season with salt and pepper, remove and proceed in the same way with the rest of the vegetables.
Finally cook the fish.
Arrange the vegetables and fish on the plates and dip with the soy sauce before serving.
