Japanese recipe that is prepared with broccoli, cauliflower, carrot an exquisite Asian recipe.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • canola oils
  • 1 head broccoli, on small twigs
  • black pepper
  • 1 head cauliflower, in small twigs
  • 1 onion, in cubes
  • 3 carrots, slices
  • 3 zucchini, cut into boxes
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 20 mushrooms
  • 4 sea ​​bass fillets
  • soy sauce

Preparation

In a wok heat two tablespoons of oil, sauté the broccoli, and let it brown lightly, season with salt and pepper, remove and reserve.
Add more oil if necessary and sauté the cauliflower, season with salt and pepper, remove and proceed in the same way with the rest of the vegetables.
Finally cook the fish.
Arrange the vegetables and fish on the plates and dip with the soy sauce before serving.

PRESENTATION

Serve in small portions of each thing without stirring in the same dish.

TIPS

If you do not like raw mushrooms, you can replace them with canned mushrooms.
