Ingredients

4 portions
  • rice seasoning
  • 1 cup rice, the one of your preference
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 300 grams shrimp, shoddy
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 2 branches parsley
  • 1 cup white wine
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Prepare the rice with the rice seasoning.
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Catch the onion, the garlic.
Add the shrimp, the thyme, the parsley.
Season with a little salt, finally the wine and reserve.
When the rice is ready, serve with the hot shrimp on top.

TIPS

You can mix the shrimp with the rice at the time you are ready. If you want you can add a can of drained clams when preparing the shrimp.
