Salvadoran tanning

Tanned delicious to accompany Pupusas, a dish typical of El Salvador, very simple to prepare and delicious to enjoy with the family.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of cabbage o Col
  • 3 pieces of carrot
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 100 milliliters of vinegar
  • 1 pinch of ground oregano
  • 1 pinch of Salt

    Preparation

    Chop the cabbage, carrot and onion into thin strips.
    Place the cabbage or cabbage in boiled water for a minute and a half.
    Wash the cabbage with water at the same time.
    Mix the cabbage or cabbage, carrot and onion in a large tank.
    Boil the vinegar to a boil.
    Add the vinegar, oregano and salt to taste and mix.
    Let it remain 30 minutes and ready.

    PRESENTATION

    Serves as a companion pupusas with a delicious tomato sauce.

    TIPS

    When putting the oregano, you can put a little in the palm of your hand and with the other hand start to crush it so that it is a little more ground the oregano and have better taste and presentation.
