This recipe is a delicious saucer of salted zucchini and corn so you can prepare it as a side dish in your meals. Do not forget to surprise your family and accompany them with meat and chicken and enjoy a delicious dish.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cups zucchini, in slices (approximately 3 medium)
  • 1/2 cups red onion, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 cups corn, frozen
  • 1 beefsteak tomato, medium, without seeds, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

Preparation

Call the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add zucchini, onion and red pepper flakes.
Cook, stirring occasionally for 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add the corn, tomato and thyme.
Cook, stirring occasionally for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot.
Season with salt and pepper if you wish.
