Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tomatoes, large and round
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cloves garlic, ground

Preparation

The tomatoes are peeled. They split into four and sprinkle with all the ingredients and settle into a platter.
If it is required in hot, they are put in a hot oven 350ºF in a refractory with butter.
