Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 mushrooms, cut in halves
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into cubes
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, cut into cubes

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoons oregano
  • 4 skewer sticks
  • 1 yellow lemon, cut in quarters

Preparation

Mix the vegetables and season with Knorr® Switzerland Granlado de Pollo granulado, pepper and oregano
Assemble the skewers interspersing the vegetables
Seal the skewers in a very hot pan with oil.
Place at the end of each skewer 1/4 lemon and serve.
