Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 100 milliliters mashed tomatoes
  • 1 pinch bouillon powder
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 200 grams cheese

Preparation

Rinse the spinach a little; place in a saucepan with boiling water the cluster of spinach (only the part of the leaves) about 10 min.
Remove the cluster of spinach from the water and chop the part of the leaves avoiding the part of the bunch that was not cooked.
For the sauce: mix the tomato puree with the pinch of powdered consommé and add salt and pepper to taste.
In a glass refractory place the spinach and on them spread the sauce generously; put on top a layer of cheese for quesadilla (as much as you want).
Microwave for 40 sec. approximately, or until the cheese is browned.

PRESENTATION

You can serve accompanied by mashed potatoes or chips.

TIPS

You can also cook it in a gas oven, which will make the cheese brown better.
