These large mushrooms are stuffed with bacon, cream cheese, milk, onion and ham. Very rich.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 32 mushrooms, big
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/2 sticks cream cheese
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 slice Ham, thick in squares
  • garlic
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese, grated

Preparation

The mushrooms are washed, the tail is removed and they are scraped a little.
They are placed in a refractory to bake previously greased with butter.
In a pan over medium heat, fry the bacon , onion and garlic powder in the butter.
Add the ham and finely chopped tails and the cream cheese.
Place the stuffing in the mushrooms and sprinkle with grated Manchego cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
