Ingredients

  • 6 cups baguette, in squares, from a previous day and golden in the oven
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4 branches celery, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sage, fresh and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons thyme, fresh and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 bar butter
  • 1 kilo chestnut, peeled and chopped (2 cups)
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped

Preparation

In the butter, add the onion and celery. Add the herbs, let the vegetables be tender
Add the chestnuts and cook for 3 minutes. Stir with bread and parsley
Spice with salt and pepper

PRESENTATION
