Ingredients

  • 3 avocados, ripe, cubed
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups red pepper, chopped
  • 1 serrano pepper, finely chopped and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
