The sweet potato is super nutritious because it is very high in calcium, potassium and fiber. If you are trying to eat healthily, replace the potatoes with this delicious baked sweet potato recipe with maple syrup.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1250 grams sweet potato, peeled and cut into slices or pieces
  • 1 drizzle olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 5 grams sea ​​salt
  • 5 grams nutmeg

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (425 F).
On a pyrex put aluminum foil and put the sweet potato cut into pieces. Sprinkle everything with salt, pepper and oil. Stir so everything is covered. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the sweet potato from the oven and stir with the maple syrup.
Return the sweet potato to the oven until it starts to brown (after about 7 minutes remove everything and stir again). Let cook 15 minutes in total.
To serve, sprinkle the sweet potato with sea salt and a little nutmeg.

PRESENTATION

It is a good accompaniment for a meat or chicken.
