Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 pieces of sweet potato orange
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • enough of Salt
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of red onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups of mushroom filleted
  • 2 cups of spinach chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream to decorate
  • 1/2 Cup of bacon finely chopped and fried

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Place the sweet potatoes on aluminum foil, add the olive oil and salt, wrap. Place them on a baking sheet and bake until they are soft with a fork, about 40 minutes. Chill
    Cut the sweet potatoes in half and with a spoon remove the filling, in a bowl mix with cream cheese until completely integrated. Reservation.
    In a pan melt the butter and cook the purple onion, add the mushrooms, spinach, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
    Fill the sweet potatoes with the cream cheese mixture, place a little of the mushroom sauté on top, decorate with cream and fried bacon.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the sweet potato, place the filling on top and decorate with the cream and the fried bacon.

    TIPS

    If you do not want to bake the sweet potatoes, you can boil them in salted water until they soften.
