Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo chard, without tail
  • 2 tablespoons onion, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Finely chop the chard and wash it.
In a saucepan put the butter and since it is hot the onion is fried, add the chard and season with salt and pepper.
They are left to fry for a while, they are covered and cooked over a low heat in their own juice.
