Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 teaspoons vegetal oil
  • 3 Tamales
  • 5 eggs, big
  • 2/3 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • green sauces, of tomatillo, hot

Preparation

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the pieces of tamale, stir frying frequently, for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Beat the eggs and evaporated milk in a large bowl until they are mixed.
Add to the pan; cover it
Cook at medium low heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until the center is set.
Cover with cheese; cover it
Take out of the fire.
Let rest for 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve with sauce on top.
