Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 bag French fries, the ones you use for snack
  • 250 grams fresh cream
  • 300 grams manchego cheese, grated

Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Grease a square pyrex (baking dish) with butter or pam.

Finish the layers with a layer of cheese.
Bake potatoes for 25 minutes.
