Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 cups White rice
  • 2 beef steaks
  • 2 chicken milanesa (breaded) , pitted
  • 2 smoked pork chops, or pig
  • 1 paprika, Red
  • 2 sweet peppers, (sweet ajies)
  • 1 onion, big
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 bouquets chives
  • 1 stem leek
  • 5 branches parsley
  • 1 can corn, golden
  • salt, cumin and marinade to taste
  • fresh coriander, chopped to decorate
  • yellow food color, to taste

Preparation

Wash the rice very well and reserve. Chop the chicken, chops and bisteck in small squares. Chop finely and in very small squares all the vegetables ie the paprika, the onion etc.
In a pan, sauté all the seasonings together with the already chopped meats, add the cumin and marinade.
