This recipe is ideal as a garnish and to show off with your guests, for all its high quality ingredients such as Zwan® Natural Turkey Breast.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 package Zwan® natural turkey breast, 250 g
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for the filling
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated, for the filling
  • to taste salt, for the filling
  • to taste black pepper, for the filling
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 2 cups provolone cheese, diced
  • enough cherry tomato, cut into halves, for garnish
  • to taste fresh thyme, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
On a cutting board, the Zwan® Natural Turkey Breast in small squares. Reserve until use.
In a hot pan pour the olive oil add the whipping cream, the garlic powder, the parsley, the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the Zwan® Natural Turkey Breast and integrate, cook for 5 more minutes over medium low heat. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Clean the mushrooms, remove the stem with your hands and the dark part with the help of a spoon, cupping little by little.
In a refractory place the mushrooms and fill with the previous mixture, cover with the Provolone cheese in cubes. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
Serve on an extended plate, garnish with Cherry tomato and thyme.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a white plate. Accompany with green salad.

TIPS

If you prefer not to bake the mushrooms, use a deep skillet, cook over low heat and cover. You can also substitute Provolone cheese for goat cheese.
