Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups broccoli, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups carrot, cooked and chopped
  • 1 Loaf pan
  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 2 pinches black pepper

Preparation

We start liquefying the bread with the milk until it forms a homogeneous mass but it is not so thick, we place it in a deep mold. Mix the broccoli, the carrot, the beaten eggs, the butter, the tuna and the cheese, mix well and finish mixing the rest of the ingredients.
Put the mixture in a buttered mold, sprinkle oregano and grated cheese, take to the pre-heated oven 250ºC.
Leave for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
