Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cubes Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 1 eggplant, cut in thick half moons
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup potato, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups onion, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, disinfected, cut into twigs
  • 1/2 cups mushroom, clean, in rooms
  • 1 branch celery, washed and disinfected, no leaves
  • 6 tablespoons Margarina Primavera® Salt-Free Cooking
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cups Water, hot

Preparation

In a medium pot over medium heat melt the Margarine Primavera® Salt-Free Cooking and acitronize the garlic and onion. Then add and integrate the potato and carrot well, cook stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Add and integrate the eggplant and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the celery and then the mushrooms, integrate everything well and cook stirring occasionally for five minutes.
Perfectly dissolve the Knorr® Broth Flavor Res cubes in 1 1/2 cup of water. Pour it into the pot and add the broccoli. Integrate everything well to season evenly. Dissolve the Maizena® Regular Corn Starch in the remaining half cup of water, pour into the pot, integrate and boil to thicken.
Remove from heat and let stand for a couple of minutes. Serve hot.
