Preparation
Clean the beans, cut them in half if they are flat. Cook them with water and salt for about 1/2 hour, until tender. Drain and reserve.
In a pan put a little oil fry whole peeled garlic, bread and red pepper. Add them to the blender with vinegar and a splash of water. Liquua
In the same oil where you cool the garlic, sauté the beans a little. Add the mixture you liquefied previously. If necessary add a little more water.
Let cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
