The recipe for the asparagus cake is delicious. You can prepare it a day in advance and only bake it when you are going to consume it.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • Paté Brisée pastry dough
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cut into pieces of 4 cm
  • 2/3 cups Nestle media creama
  • olive oils
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups Gruyere cheese, grated
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Preparation

Stretch the dough and place it on a cake pan. Bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes. When ready, take out and let cool a little.
In a pan put the asparagus with a little olive oil. Only they are cooked and take a little color.
In a bowl mix the eggs, half cream, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and mustard.
Once the dough is already warm, add the asparagus and the egg mixture.
Bake for 30 min approx. at 180 ° C.
