Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups gherkin, or finely chopped cornichon
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • fresh dill
  • 3 eggs, hard finely chopped
  • salt
  • ground black peppers
  • 1 bunch asparagus, fresh, trimmed
  • canola oils

Preparation

Mix the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0%, mustard, onion, cornichon, capers, dill and eggs in a medium bowl and mix gently, season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and a maximum of 8 hours for the flavors to mix.
Heat the grill or skillet over high heat. Brush the asparagus with oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast on both sides until lightly charred and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Place on a plate and cover with the gribiche sauce.
