Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli
  • 3 cambray onions, games in medium pieces
  • 1 cup Chihuahua cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups ground bread
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small trees. Put them to cook in water for 1 min and then pass them to a bowl with water and ice.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and beat the egg separately.
Heat the milk with the onions and leave for 5 minutes on low heat moving constantly.
Add the cheese, the egg, the cauliflower, the broccoli and half the bread out of the fire. Also add salt and pepper and pass everything to a refractory.
Add the remaining bread and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
