Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 broccoli, big
  • 1 cauliflower, big
  • 1 onion, cut into cubes
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 10 walnuts, chopped
  • 2/3 cups cheddar cheese
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Wash, disinfect and cut broccoli and cauliflower into medium pieces.
Put water to boil in a deep bowl. Once the water is found, put the vegetables in for 1 minute. Drain the water and reserve.
Beat the egg, dissolve the maize fruit with half a cup of milk. Heat the rest of the milk with the onion over medium heat and add the corn starch.
Remove from the heat and add the grated cheddar cheese, the beaten egg, the vegetables and half the breadcrumbs.
Season everything with salt and pepper to taste and pour everything in a previously greased glass refractory.
Sprinkle the rest of the breadcrumbs and nuts. Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
