A delicious salad of cabbage and carrot, a recipe very nutritious and easy to make. You can use it to accompany your meal or for a light dinner.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams Oaxaca cheese, cut into cubes
  • 3 carrots, grated
  • 1/8 White cabbages, washed and disinfected
  • 1 can corn, yellow, drained
  • 2 tomatoes, large, washed and cut into quarters and eighths
  • 3 lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Chop the cabbage leaves with your hands and place them in a bowl with all the ingredients except the oaxaca cheese, this will only be used when serving as a decoration.
We mix all the ingredients in the bowl and they will be ready to serve.
