Ingredients

4 servings
  • 400 grams of Oaxaca cheese cut into cubes
  • 3 carrots grated
  • 1/8 of White cabbage washed and disinfected
  • 1 can of corn yellow, drained
  • 2 tomatoes large, washed and cut into quarters and eighths
  • 3 lemon juice
  • 6 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Chop the cabbage leaves with your hands and place them in a bowl with all the ingredients except the oaxaca cheese, this will only be used when serving as a decoration.
    We mix all the ingredients in the bowl and they will be ready to serve.
