Ingredients

3 servings
  • olive oils
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 carrots grated
  • 6 leaves of lettuce
  • 100 coriander finely chopped
  • 100 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

    Preparation

    Put a frying pan with oil.
    Once hot, add the onion and then the garlic. Fry for a while.
    Add the grated carrots and the rest of the ingredients.
    Incorporate well until everything is stirred.
    Serve a portion in each lettuce.
