Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 can chicken soup, (14 oz)
  • 1/2 cups Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 100 chives

Preparation

Heat in a pot and on high heat, the stock with the carrots until they boil. Cover the pot and cook the carrots on medium-low heat, keeping a soft boil for 30 min or until very soft and the broth has been absorbed almost completely; cook it uncovered during the last 5 min.
Remove the carrots from the fire; grind them until they are creamy.
Add the cream cheese and the chopped scallion until the cheese melts completely.

TIPS

Sprinkle with fresh chives.
