Ingredients

  • 600 grams carrot
  • 2 leeks
  • 15 grams onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • sugar
  • 150 milliliters white wine
  • oils, salt and pepper

Preparation

The roots are removed and the green leaves of the leeks are cut in two, washed and cut into thin wheels.
The carrots are scraped, washed and cut into small squares, the onion and garlic are peeled and finely chopped.
