  • 1 piece of jicama without shell
  • 200 grams of green bean
  • 5 pieces of carrot
  • 350 grams of bacon in slices
  • 2 teaspoons of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Cut the vegetables with a knife, looking for a rod shape about 10 centimeters long (the same size as green beans, which previously had their tips removed).
Put together four vegetable sticks and tie them with the bacon. Sprinkle and place in a baking tray.
Bake the vegetables for 30 minutes or until the bacon is golden brown.

    PRESENTATION

Serve directly on the plate next to the main course or part on a smaller plate.

    TIPS

Check the oven constantly, to avoid burning the bacon or vegetables.
