Preparation
In a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, brown the chopped garlic, then add the well chopped spinach, cook a couple of minutes.
In a bowl add the spinach with 2 eggs, 1/3 of the red pepper can and the pepper mix very well.
We make a puree with the boiled potatoes, 1 egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg, 1/3 of the red pepper and half of the butter, and mix everything.
Mash the carrots in a bowl, along with 1 egg, salt, ground pepper, 1/3 of the can of red pepper, nutmeg and the rest of the butter.
Place the mashed potatoes in the mold and smooth them with the help of the back of a spoon. We put on the spinach puree and finally the carrot.
Give a few dry blows to the mold on a cloth placed on a table, to avoid air bubbles.
Preheated oven at 180º C.
Let's bake in a bain-marie for about 1 hour or until it's set.
