Preparation
Wash and disinfect the cabbage, dry it and cut it into thin strips. File the onion and place it on the cabbage. Add the lemon juice and let it rest for 60 minutes so that it is defiled.
Chop the tomato in quarters and add it to the bowl, add the oregano, salt and mix until everything is incorporated.
